02 / Technical expertise
Pressure loss, poor water quality, alarms or reduced production often have more than one possible cause. We review the complete installation, test the relevant components and define the right intervention.
Review symptoms, service history, equipment and operating conditions.
Measure, inspect and test to identify the technical cause.
Agree the work, carry out the intervention and verify correct operation.
03 / The VOLTOR approach
A focused service centred on watermakers, pumps, treatment and fresh-water systems rather than general yacht maintenance.
A workshop-on-wheels model for efficient interventions directly at the yacht, marina or shipyard.
Professional communication in English, Spanish, Catalan and German with owners, captains, crews and technical teams.
Maintenance and root-cause diagnosis aimed at reducing recurring failures and avoidable downtime.

Built for life onboard
A water-system fault can affect daily operations across the vessel. We focus on accurate diagnosis, appropriate maintenance and dependable repairs so essential systems stay available.

06 / Preventive care
Planned maintenance can reduce unexpected failures and make it easier to keep water systems ready for use throughout the season.
Periodic servicing adapted to the yacht, equipment and operating pattern.
Follow-up can include reminders for planned servicing and recurring consumable changes.
Filters, cartridges, cleaning, operating checks and other routine service items can be scheduled together.
After intervention, the work completed and relevant observations can be documented for the client or technical team.
Frequency and scope are agreed case by case according to the equipment and the yacht’s operating needs.
07 / How we work
The service follows a practical sequence so the client knows what is happening, what has been found and what the next step is.
Send the yacht location, equipment and a short description of the issue or required work.
We review the symptoms, maintenance need, equipment details and any useful history before travelling.
VOLTOR MARINE travels to the yacht with the mobile workshop and the material expected to be needed.
The system is checked and the proposed work, materials or next step are explained before proceeding.
The agreed repair, maintenance or installation is carried out and the system is tested before completion.
The work is handed over to the client and follow-up is provided where useful, especially for recurring maintenance.
08 / Quality & transparency
The objective is to solve the technical problem properly while keeping the client informed about scope, materials and any meaningful change in cost.
Work is carried out using appropriate procedures and following manufacturer specifications when they are available for the equipment.
If additional faults or work are found during the intervention, any significant extra cost is communicated before continuing.
Required parts and consumables can be quoted or supplied by VOLTOR MARINE, or supplied by the client when technically suitable and agreed.
Warranty conditions depend on the intervention performed and, where applicable, on the manufacturer’s terms for the components used.
09 / Professional partnerships
VOLTOR MARINE can support companies that need a dedicated technician for yacht water systems without having to cover that specialism in-house.
Support can be arranged for individual interventions, recurring maintenance or ongoing technical collaboration, depending on availability and scope.
